I usually run in the evenings but ...Good question. I usually run in the evenings but when I do have a morning workout I usually wolf down a banana with peanut butter and it offers enough energy to push through without upsetting my stomach. Often times though when people don't eat in the morning they also don't hydrate and that becomes the biggest issue. Drink up!
